End user license agreement

Last updated June 2026

This agreement is between you and Producedbyben for Lost Media Emulator. Installing or using the software means you accept it.

Your license

You get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install and use the product you bought on machines you own or control, for personal or commercial work. One license covers a single user.

What you can do

  • Use the software to process your footage and create whatever you want.
  • Use the output commercially. The frames you make are yours; we claim no rights to them.
  • Reinstall and move your license between your own machines.

What you can't do

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software itself.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the engine or its presets.
  • Share your license key or use it on machines you don't control.

Ownership

We own the software, its presets, and its name. This license doesn't transfer any of that to you.

Updates and termination

Updates inside your major version are included. This license ends if you breach these terms; if it ends, stop using the software and remove it.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
