Refund policy

If Lost Media Emulator isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No interrogation.

How to request one

1. Email support@lostmediaemulator.com from the address you bought with.
2. Include your order number (it's on your receipt).
3. We process the refund through Stripe, usually within a few business days.

What happens to your license

Once a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated. Please remove the software from your machines.

Outside the window

After 14days we can't offer an automatic refund, but if something is broken or not as described, write to us anyway and we'll make it right.
