Privacy policy

Lost Media Emulator keeps data collection to the minimum needed to sell and support the software. There are no user accounts.

What we collect

• Order details: your email and purchase record, so we can send your license key and receipt.
• License records: your key and which products it covers, stored to validate activation.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy terms.

The apps

The macOS app and the Premiere / After Effects extension process your footage on your own machine. Your media is never uploaded to us. Activation contacts our license service only to confirm your key.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand site traffic. We don't sell your data or use it to track you across other sites.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email support@lostmediaemulator.comand we'll handle it.
